• For a VA sales license background, complete this application and enter your File Number on your MVDB 61 form. • This form can be used for both salesperson and dealer operator. • Your completed report will return via email in a few days containing the File Number. • To receive the File Number right away, you can email processing@screeningone.com, provide your applicant’s name, and ask for the file number. • Please make sure you are within 30 days of submitting your paperwork to the MVDB. • Please open and read all emails and consumer notices sent to you by ScreeningOne.
